POLICIES

Client agrees to pay Sam RS Photography the specified amount at the time of booking to secure
their appointment date and time.
There is a non-refundable booking fee of $100 that goes toward your session.
Your complete session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, editing of images, as
determined by the photographer, and a select number of images (will be based on which type of
session you've chosen).
SESSION FEES
RESCHEDULING
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their
session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty.
Appointments may also be rescheduled without penalty due to weather conditions.
Penalty- $50 for your new appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please be prompt to your scheduled appointment. If you're late for an appointment it will result in
lost session time. If you arrive over 30 minutes after the scheduled start time (agreed upon by
both client and photographer) you will be charged an additional $60 late fee. If arrival time is
beyond 45 minutes after scheduled start time you will be charged an additional $100.00 and you will receive a session of 45minutes.
